Engagement Forms (+getINVOLVED)

Hey Hall Governments!

Engagement Forms consist of two forms you must fill out in order to remain compliant with RHA.

• Pre-Engagement Form (fill out BEFORE the date of your event, submit at least 3 days beforehand)

Before planning an engagement activity, complete this form to ensure your event aligns with at least one of the Residence Life curriculum’s four learning objectives:

1. Cultural Competence and Global Citizenship
2. Independent Living and Life Skills
3. Civic Engagement and Leadership
4. Engagement, Identity, and Introspection

• Reflection Post-Engagement Form

After your engagement activity takes place, complete this form to reflect on the event, document its impact, and identify what went well and what could be improved for future programming.

Use this checklist to make sure you’ve covered the important details when planning your events.

1. About the Pre-Engagement Form:

• Starting September 2026, you MUST fill out the Pre-Engagement Form in order for your event to happen! You must also fill out all Engagement Forms to remain compliant and to continue receiving budget money.
• Please fill out the pre-engagement form BEFORE the date of your event (ideally at least 3 days beforehand to give the Tech Committee some time to review).

Deadlines for Pre-Engagement Form Submissions:

September: 9/15

October: 10/15

November: 11/15

 

2. About the Reflection Post-Engagement Form:

• Reminder to fill it out in order to get the reimbursement.
