Engagement Forms consist of two forms you must fill out in order to remain compliant with RHA. See the forms linked below:

Important Notes and Dates

 

1. About the Pre-Engagement Form:

  • Starting February 2026, you MUST fill out the Pre-Engagement Form in order for your event to go on getINVOLVED! You must also fill out all Engagement Forms to remain compliant and to continue receiving budget money.
  • Please fill out the pre-engagement form BEFORE the date of your event (ideally at least 3 days beforehand to give the Tech Committee some time to review).

Deadlines for Pre-Engagement Form Submissions:

Jan/Feb: 2/15

March: 3/15

April: 4/15

 

2. About the Reflection Post-Engagement Form:

  • Reminder to fill it out in order to get the reimbursement.
