Thank you for your interest in our Care Package program. Your participation supports this student organization directly. We also understand that sending a Care Package to your child is very important to supporting him/her. Below, you can find answers to some of the questions or concerns you may have about the Care Package program.

What do I put for the delivery address?
To ensure that your child receives their package, please list your child’s campus mailing address. This can be found in the myRutgers Portal under the Profile tab. Click Here to be taken to the page.

How will I know if my child receives the package?
Students will be notified when their package is available in the post office via email. If your child does not pick up the package from the post office, then it will be transferred to the Residential Housing office of their designated campus.

What if my child has food allergies? Will I be able to substitute items?
